Elegant, well-executed menu manages to impress actual foodies and the nouveau riche alike, without resorting to tired plating tactics. Lamb, produce, wine fresh from hotel's sister property in Mendoza. Glass-enclosed patio with fireplace for chilly nights, intimate dining room for make-it-or-break-it dating scenarios. Fishbowl the cognac bar with a nice cigar before stumbling out into the ritziest section of Recoleta.
