The Danish company, that operates in 77 countries, will be installed in the province of Buenos Aires and will add 300 direct and indirect jobs.

The announcement took place after the Government signed an agreement with companies and trade unions in October of last year.

The Danish company Vestas will invest 15 million euros in order to install a wind turbine factory in the province of Buenos Aries and will add 300 direct and indirect jobs.

ALong that line, the Sale’s Director of Vestas South America, Andres Gismondi, confirmed:

Our leadership position with more than 900 MW of either installed capacity or capacity under construction underlines the need to take a big step forward to better support the government’s ambitions for renewable energy,” says Sales Director for Latin American South Cone, Andrés Gismondi. “By building this assembly facility, we will serve our customers’ needs in the country even better and generate hundreds of local jobs.
