(Reuters) - Argentina's 2011 budget bill forecasts the exchange rate at 4.10 pesos per U.S. dollar, Economy Minister Amado Boudou told reporters on Thursday, just before presenting the bill to Congress.

Boudou did not specify whether this figure referred to an expected average over the course of 2011 or to the projected year-end exchange rate. The peso is currently trading at 3.95 per dollar in formal interbank trade ARS=RASL. (Reporting by Hilary Burke and Karina Grazina; Editing by James Dalgleish)
