Sotheby’s International Realty has chosen Mendoza for its next location to open an office, and already has properties from Mendoza City and Cruz de Piedra listed on its website.
The company is already operating in Mendoza, although the process of opening an office has been measured and gradual, according to Andrés Ostropolsky, who represents the firm here. “Our corporate objective is to represent those properties and real estate projects that can result attractive to international investors.”
Ostropolsky went on to say that due to Mendoza’s growing inventory of luxury properties and its role in the world as a lifestyle destination, the firm is focusing on several different kinds of properties, ranging from vineyard opportunities to lifestyle properties in different parts of the province.
