NEW YORK, NEW YORK (July 1, 2010) – Argentina Properties Sotheby’s International Realty and Algodon Wine Estates today announced their sales and marketing partnership for Algodon’s luxury vineyard estate homesites located in San Rafael, Mendoza, Argentina.

Algodon Wine Estates is an internationally award-winning, luxury vineyard living estate that features championship golf and tennis, a boutique winery and high-end resort amenities, along the Argentine Wine Route. Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Pintada Mountains at the base of the snowcapped Andes, the estate also features 2,050 acres of vineyards, olive, fruit and nut orchards, natural reservoirs, and tree-lined roads.

The property is owned and operated by InvestProperty Group (IPG), a private investment and real estate development firm based in New York City, with affiliated offices in Buenos Aires and San Rafael, Argentina. IPG also owns and operates Algodon Mansion, a 1912 landmarked luxury hotel, located in the heart of Buenos Aires’ most elegant residential neighborhood, Recoleta. Fashioned in French Classical design, Algodon Mansion offers superior comforts in design, technology, and luxury amenities. Algodon Mansion’s highly anticipated Grand Opening is set for later this summer.

Scott Mathis, Chairman & Founder of IPG and Algodon Properties says; “Our sales partnership with Argentina Properties Sotheby’s International is an enormous opportunity for Algodon Properties, and our entire team is very excited about the potential impact of this partnership on the future sales of our vineyard estate homesites. Recent numbers show that 2010 real estate sales are up significantly in Mendoza, and we hope this trend proves advantageous to our project.”

Adriana Massa, Sales Manager for Argentina Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, agrees; “Algodon Wine Estates is certainly one of the best real estate developments of its kind in Mendoza, and the most mature. We feel that this project is one of distinction, and we are proud to represent it.”

IPG opens markets to qualified individual, accredited investors by pooling capital and forming financial partnerships that collectively empower these investors, thereby allowing individuals to invest as an institution and gain access to institutional deals. To date, IPG has raised over $35 million dollars for real estate projects in Argentina.
