Real-estate sales in Buenos Aires City rose 8.3 percent in June, the lowest increase so far this year after the dollar clamp was lifted, according to a report published yesterday by the City’s Notaries Public Association.
A total 3,643 transactions were carried out, 0.2 percent less than May, totalling 5.8 billion pesos. During the first six months of the year, 17,594 transactions were carried out, 13.8 percent more than over the same period last year, for a total 26 billion pesos — an amount 72 percent larger than 2015.
